The Campsite Senterada is characterized by a relaxed atmosphere and a friendly service. Located in a privileged area of the Pyrenees, our campsite offers endless possibilities to enjoy: nature, sports, outdoor activities, culture and local gastronomy. Or you simply enjoy your free time without doing anything, it´s up to you.
FACILITIES AND SERVICES
The Campsite Senterada has a capacity of 500 people, with a total of 51 land plots and lots of shade all over the area. Our plots have a dimension of 80-100 meters and most of them are surrounded by scrubland. In addition to the camping area, the campsite offers the possibility of staying in wooden bungalows that are fully equipped with central heating, hot water, toilets, kitchen etc. In the bungalows you can stay with up to 6 people.
In addition to the playground, toilets, hot showers, sinks, washing machines, electrical connection and Wi-Fi hotspot, our facilities include a swimming pool, Bar-Restaurant, supermarket and a playground for the little campers. All these amenities make our campsite a 2nd category one.
To refresh yourself you can have a little swim in the pool, or, the more adventurous just jump into the river Flamisell, which passes through the campground. Fishing there is also possible, if you have the corresponding license.
SURROUNDINGS AND ACTIVITIES
The campsite is situated in the village of Senterada between the two rivers Flamisell and Bòssia. Our village is known as the natural gateway to the VALL FOSCA (the “Dark Valley”), only a few kilometres from the cable car “Salente – Estany Gento”. The cable car allows access to more than 2,000 meters of height, from where you can go on excursion to the National Park of “Aigüestortes” or the “Estany de Sant Maurici”.
Located strategically between the two regions of Pallars (Pallars Jussà, Pallars Sobirà) and Alta Ribagorça, the campsite offers a wide range of activities: cycling, mountain biking, hiking, canyoning, several snow activities, hunting, fishing, mushroom-search, art & craft, museums, gastronomy and delicatessen, wine tasting and so on.
